The inspection agreement is an important part of your home inspection. It contains our mutual understanding
about the scope, limitations, and terms of your home inspection.

any questions about the inspection agreement, please call us before the inspection to discuss them. If there is a
swimming pool or spa on the property, please also download a copy of the swimming pool and spa addendum.
